Invicreator.com is an online platform that specializes in creating personalized digital wedding invitation videos and eCards. Our service allows you to customize invitations with event details and photos for a unique and memorable experience.

2. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply choose a template, fill in the event details, upload photos (if applicable), and proceed with the payment. Once the order is confirmed, we will start working on your digital invitation.

3. How long does it take to receive my invitation?
The first proof/draft will be sent within 3 business days (Minimum 1 day – maximum 3 Days). Once you approve the draft or request revisions, the final version will be delivered within 24 business hours after approval.

4. Can I request revisions to my invitation?
Yes, we offer two free revisions. Any mistake from our end will not be counted as a revision. Additional changes beyond the free revisions may be subject to extra charges.

5. What formats do you provide for the digital invitation?
The final digital invitation will be delivered in MP4 format (for videos) or JPG/PNG/PDF format (for eCards), optimized for sharing on social media and messaging platforms.

6. Can I request urgent delivery?

8. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, we begin processing your request, and cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund.

9. Do you offer customization beyond the template?
We provide content edits based on the selected template. Additional modifications such as extra slides, extra photos, or audio changes can be accommodated for an extra charge. Please WhatsApp us before ordering to discuss your requirements.

10. Will the final invitation have a watermark or logo?
No, the final version of your digital invitation will not have any watermark or logo overlay like Youtube Demo video.

11. Can I get a copy of my invitation after a few months?
We store completed invitation files for 30 days. If you need a copy within this timeframe, we can re-send it. After 30 days, re-creation charges may apply.
